Creative Life Labo provides Run Diary, an AI-powered running journal application that includes:

  • Running log management and tracking
  • AI coaching powered by Google Gemini
  • Automatic data extraction from screenshots
  • Training plan generation
  • Integration with Garmin Connect and other fitness platforms

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it for the purpose of providing our services.

6. AI Services Disclaimer

Our AI coaching features are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional medical, fitness, or health advice. Always consult with qualified professionals before starting any exercise program.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Garmin Connect, Google, and Firebase. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Life Labo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
